Returns Policy

Please Note - This policy only applies to goods supplied by us.

1.         Introduction

1.1     We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us that you have purchased from us.

1.2     We have created this policy to enable you to return those products to us in appropriate circumstances.

1.3     This policy applies to all of our customers, irrespective of their geographical location.

2.         Returns

2.1     We do not supply goods on a sale or return basis. 

2.2     We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the value of the goods if they are ordered in error and returned to us.  

2.3     All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice the goods were sold on or the invoice number that relates.  Do not return goods to us until we have discussed the items with you.

3.         Returns procedure for goods ordered in error

3.1     In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must

(a) contact us to obtain authorisation; and

(b) complete the Product Returns section putting the name of the person who authorised the return in the Faulty or Other Details box; and

(c) send the product to us with a covering note quoting the name of the person who authorised the return and the Returns ID number provided by the website when you have completed (b).  Please note that Section 2.2 applies.

(d) ensure the goods are returned to us in their original packaging and original condition.

3.2     You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under Section 3 of this policy.

4.         Returns procedure for goods under warranty

4.1     Goods are supplied with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase.  If you believe that goods we have supplied to you are faulty please contact us during normal office hours to enable us to discuss the issue and arrange collection if necessary.   All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice the goods were sold on or the invoice number that relates.  Do not return goods to us until we have discussed the items with you.

4.2     In order to take advantage of your rights under Section 4 of this policy, you must

(a) contact us to obtain authorisation; and

(b) complete the Product Returns section putting the name of the person who authorised the return in the Faulty or Other Details box; and

(c) if we have instructed you to send the product to us please include a covering note quoting the name of the person who authorised the return and the Returns ID number provided by the website when you have completed (b). 

(d) if we are arranging collection of the goods please follow (b) and  include a covering note quoting the name of the person who authorised the return and the Returns ID number provided by the website when you have completed (b). 

5.         Exclusions

5.1     The following kinds of products may not be returned under this policy unless they are faulty as per Section 4:

(a)      any product made to your specification;

(b)      any product made to order;

(c)      any product personalised or adapted for you

6.         Refunds/Replacements/Credit Notes

6.1     We will give you a choice of a replacement, refund or credit of the price you paid to us in respect of any goods returned under warranty in accordance with this policy. 

6.2     We will give you a refund or credit of the price you paid to us in respect of goods ordered in error less a 20% restocking fee in accordance with this policy.

6.3     We will not refund to you the price you paid to us in respect of the original delivery charges for goods ordered in error. 

6.4     We will refund or apply a credit to your account for your reasonable postage costs incurred in returning the product to us under the warranty terms of this policy.  

If you are based in the UK we will cover reasonable postage costs to return warranty goods to us from your UK company address already registered with us.  We will not be responsible for any costs you incur in obtaining the goods back from your customer.

European and International dealers should contact us to discuss this at the time a warranty return is requested.

6.5     We will usually refund any money received from you by crediting your account.  If your account balance is zero, and you request it, we will refund you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

6.6     We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we receive your returned product.

7.         Improper returns

7.1     If you return a product in contravention of this policy and you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product:

(a)      we will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product;

(b)      we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and

(c)      if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.

(d)      If the goods are found not to have been supplied by us we reserve the right to charge the appropriate carriage charge to return the goods to you.
